Brian Conlon’s fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in Santa Monica Review, Prime Number, and The Wrath-Bearing Tree, among other journals. A native Western New Yorker transplanted like a once-hearty (but now winter-phobic) oak, he lives with his wife, two kids, and winter-obsessed Samoyed in the Bay Area. He studied at the University of Rochester and Harvard Law School, where he earned a law degree he still occasionally uses—but not enough to figure out how to hang it on a wall.
